This policy explains refunds and cancellations for paid services on CricketPro AI, operated by CricketPro AI.
Digital services
Video AI analysis, subscription plans, and training credits are digital services delivered after payment and account activation. Prices in INR are displayed on our website and again before Razorpay checkout.
Video analysis (pay per session)
Each paid video analysis credit unlocks one AI coach report after you upload a clip. Payment is collected via Razorpay (UPI, cards, or netbanking) or, when enabled, manual UPI verification.
Before analysis starts
If you cancel before uploading a video for a paid session, or if payment was made in error and no credit has been used, contact us within 7 days for a full refund review.
After analysis starts
Once AI processing has begun or a coach report has been generated, the session is considered delivered and is generally non-refundable, except where required by law or in cases of verified technical failure on our side.
Failed or duplicate payments
Duplicate charges or payments that fail verification will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval. Razorpay refunds are initiated to the same instrument used at checkout where possible.
Subscription plans
Monthly and yearly subscription packages are prepaid for the selected billing period. Benefits (such as premium video analysis or included credits) activate after successful Razorpay payment.
Cancellation: You may stop using a subscription at any time. We do not charge your account automatically at renewal — you must complete a new payment for each term. No cancellation fee applies.
Refunds: If you have not used subscription benefits after payment, contact us within 7 days for a refund review. Partial refunds are not offered once premium access or included credits have been used, except where required by law.
Expiry: When a subscription term ends, premium features revert to standard access until you purchase a new plan.
How to request a refund
Email support@cricketproai.in with your registered email, payment reference, and reason. We respond within 2 business days.
Processing time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Bank or UPI settlement times may vary.
