Account data: name, email, mobile number, password (stored hashed), and profile details.
Cricket data: fitness metrics, skill assessments, training progress, and video uploads for AI analysis.
Payment data: transaction references, Razorpay payment IDs, and payment proof when manual verification is used. Card numbers, UPI PINs, and full payment credentials are processed by Razorpay and are not stored on our servers.
Technical data: device type, browser, IP address, and usage logs for security and support.
How we use your information
Provide AI coaching features, training plans, video analysis reports, and account services.
Verify payments, prevent fraud, and communicate about your account or support requests.
Improve our product, fix errors, and comply with applicable law.
Sharing with third parties
We use trusted providers for hosting, email delivery, and AI processing. They may process data only to perform services for us under confidentiality obligations.
Payment processing: Online payments are handled by Razorpay, an RBI-authorised payment aggregator. When you pay, Razorpay collects payment method details (such as UPI, card, or netbanking information) according to their privacy policy. We receive payment status, order references, and transaction IDs to activate your credits or subscription.
We may also use Google (OAuth sign-in, Firebase phone verification) and OpenAI (AI analysis) as described in your account settings and product features.
We do not sell your personal information to advertisers.
Data retention
We keep account and training data while your account is active. You may request deletion subject to legal and billing record requirements.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by contacting support@cricketproai.in.
If you are under 18, a parent or guardian should create and manage the account with appropriate consent.
